John Dempster hands down was very helpful in choosing our new home in a new town. John listened to what we needed in a home for our family. We were not able to be physically present when looking for our new house. Rachelle and John put together an amazing virtual tour, which made us feel as though we were actually in the house. John was always available to talk, text and email anytime we had questions. He had contacts such as home inspectors, lawyers, electricians, plumbers – making the process much smoother.
